Helping you through the challenges of life.
Our mission is to help individuals and families build meaningful, fulfilling lives by working through challenges with honesty, compassion, and practical support. We believe that healing isn’t about fixing people — it’s about empowering them with the tools, insight, and confidence to create the life they want, one step at a time
Our approach
Our approach to counseling depends on each individual's needs. We have experience with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life-transitions, behavioral problems, communication issues, conflicts with self-esteem, grief and loss, and other varying issues.
We often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, our goal is to help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
