What is therapy? Therapy is often a more long-term process in which you work with a professional to diagnose and resolve problematic beliefs, behaviors, relationship issues, feelings and sometimes physical responses. The idea behind therapy is to focus on past to change current habits, repair and improve relationships, and work through feelings.
What is life coaching? In coaching, we work together to clarify goals and identify obstacles or problematic behaviors. We then create action plans to achieve desired results. Coaching often is more action-based and goal-oriented.

In person for those under age 12; online option for those 12 and up or for parent-only sessions. These sessions can be for building skills, processing life challenges or changes, or to help parents with behavioral or parenting questions. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
